Have you lost your Mojo?

Right now it can be hard to find things to look forward to, and jobs that were loved may have become monotonous. With all this it would be no surprise if you’ve lost your motivation.

Doctors hands consoling patient

If that’s how you feel it’s best not to sink deeper and instead try these things to get your mojo back.

Focus on your why

Focus on what made you passionate about your role, not what you feel is required or necessary.

Do the good stuff

Stick to tasks you like and delegate what you don’t. It will remove the monotony, and help create a positive mindset.

Set reachable goals

Some times ‘small easily achievable’ is better than ‘big hairy audacious’. Rather than big endless projects make the route to your goals one of clear steps and small wins.

Avoid negativity

Negativity has a habit of fuelling more negativity. Avoid negative people and negative situations, and instead put yourself where it’s positive and encouraging.

Praise yourself

Sometimes you need to remind yourself of you’re achievements. When you’re needing a boost it’s better to have a list of what you’ve done than a list of what you’ve got to do.

Get some support

When you need it, make sure you have people to go to who will listen, understand and give help and support.

Give it a try, you might find your mojo!
