If you hired the worlds best CEO to run your Practice or PCN what would they do?
Every Practice or PCN struggles with it's own challenges but how would the worlds best CEO tackle these if they started work with you tomorrow morning. It's a great question and considering your own challenges from this very different perspective is a way to help you with your own plan for your Practice or PCN?
🔷 Their immediate actions would look like this:

🔹 Gather the leadership team together
🔹 Get agreement on where the Practice or PCN should be heading
🔹 Check the risk register
🔹 Establish the immediate challenges and priorities, and plans for these
🔹 Establish roles and responsibilities
🔹 Make their expectations clear
🔶 Very quickly they would:
🔸 Ensure there is a strong plan for success, that everyone understands
🔸 Get the right people in place to deliver that plan
🔸 Set the tone and build strong relationships
🔸 Stop things that are causing problems or holding you back
🔸 Get you to confront your challenges and behave in a way that will bring success
🔸 They’ll hold people to account
🔸 Stop crap happening and make sure the right stuff starts.
Of course you're unlikely to be hiring the worlds best CEO anytime soon but that doesn't mean you couldn't do what they would do.
The actions they would take are more about their clarity, commitment, proactivity, engagement and focus about what’s needed than any particular qualification, knowledge or experience.
So that's probably where you should start, and your own clarity, commitment, proactivity, engagement and focus about what’s needed to bring success to your practice or PCN.
